Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Epic Shop TCG currently ships within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on location and carrier restrictions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate before completing checkout.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size and weight
  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping destination and courier service.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost:

We may require a waiting period before a parcel is officially considered lost, in line with courier policies.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photographs of:
    • The packaging
    • The damaged item(s)

We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the circumstances.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Epic Shop TCG is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply if packages are returned to us and require reshipping.

10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery and the order is returned to us:

  • Original shipping costs may not be refunded
  • Additional fees incurred may be deducted from any refund issued
